JARED Dillinger is crossing his fingers over the hamstring injury he suffered in Meralco’s 106-91 win over TNT Katropa in Game Two of their PBA Governors’ Cup semifinal series on Thursday night.

With the game already decided, the Bolts star forward intercepted a pass to Troy Rosario, then appeared to take a wrong step as he drove for an open layup with a little over a minute left, clutching his right hamstring after landing.

“It was already feeling funny before the game. I could tell it with my shots. My shots were short,” admitted Dillinger, who finished with eight points on 3-of-11 shooting in 32 minutes. “I wasn't sure what’s going on.”

“I think the most important thing is we got the win and I'm happy for that,” he added, saying he will have his injury checked out on Friday.

“I hope for the best,” Dillinger said. “I’ve played with worse. It’s just a matter of the doctors’ recommendations, whether I listen to them or not, a lot of pain killers, a lot of drugs. We’ll see what I can do.”
