JAPETH Aguilar failed to finish the PBA Commissioner’s Cup game of Barangay Ginebra against Blackwater as he had to rush to the hospital following a bad fall early in the fourth quarter.
Aguilar went ahead from the rest of the Kings while the game at the Smart Araneta Coliseum was still ongoing and had to be accompanied by his wife and a Ginebra staff on the way to the hospital.

The veteran big man went down after being hit by 7-foot Robert Upshaw as the Blackwater import turned around and rammed into Aguilar under the basket at the 10:07 mark to cut down the Barangay Gimebra lead at 89-85.
It took a while before Aguilar stood up and was later substituted by Isaac Go.
He was no longer around when the Kings scored the 115-108 win.
In a courtside update, Aguilar was reportedly vomiting with blood at the Ginebra dugout.
Asked later about the health of the 39-year-old Ateneo product, coach Tim Cone said he has yet been told about it.
“I don’t know yet. He had to leave the floor. He wasn’t feeling well. I’m not sure if he was hit in the hips or in the ribs, or something. I’m not 100 percent sure what’s going on yet," said the Ginebra mentor.
"Anything I tell, you I'm just [gonna] be guessing."
Aguilar finished with 11 points and three rebounds before exiting the game.
He scored on a follow up, one-handed slam after missing his first dunk attempt off a transition before he suffered the bad fall.
