Rios joined the Bolts after the end of his contract with Phoenix. Rios’ agent Ed Ponceja confirmed the deal.

Known as a defensive stopper with a decent three-point shooting, the 31-year-old Rios signed with the Bolts after three seasons with the Fuel Masters.
He played his first four years in the PBA with NLEX, the team that drafted him 25th overall.
Even with Rios’ signing, the Bolts have been relatively intact with a quiet offseason heading into the Governors’ Cup where they look to return to the finals with KJ McDaniels as their import.
On the other hand, the Fuel Masters will now have a revamped roster.
Aside from Rios, Sean Anthony and Jake Pascual are no longer with the squad after being part of a three-team deal that involved TNT and NLEX.
