THE Titan Ultra Giant Risers aren't done trading.
In its bid to slowly get into consistent winning form in the PBA, the newest ballclub is now open to trading top wingman and reigning Most Improved Player awardee Joshua Munzon, sources told SPIN.ph.
Munzon, sources added, is in the trading block in the wake of the former 3x3 star's slump in form this season, especially in crucial losses to Rain or Shine, 11-112, last October 26 and to the NLEX Road Warriors, 83-92, just last Sunday.

Sought for comment, Titan team owner Bryann Calantoc told SPIN.ph that like in any other teams every player is always subject to trading.
He, however, insisted that it will be unfair to pin the blame for their sorry losses to a single person, especially Munzon.
“The kid is doing his job naman. There may be errors and miscues, but it’s all part of the game,” said Calantoc.
“It has always been a team for us. We win as a team, we lose as a team. Walang nasisi at nasi-single out. It’s just unfair,” added the former Grace Christian School forward under Bonnie Tan.

Calantoc, however, bared that if ever they will enter a trade, the team is looking for a big man that can bring stability to the Giant Risers' frontline.
“We need a big man who can provide stability sa aming slot position. I know it’s a rare commodity in the league right now, but we will not stop until we get one or hopefully two,” he said.
Calantoc, however, made it clear achieving that goal won' come at the expense of their future first-round picks, insisting these are not tradeable.
“No. We will not trade our future picks. If we want a certain player, we will just tell the teams to pick from our present core of players,” he said.
And Munzon?
“Well, if Josh is worth the big man we need, why not? It will be hard for us to decide on that, but we need something to balance the team. Josh is very integral to us, but sometimes we need to do some sacrifice,” he said.
“Josh is coming off an impressive season with the Northport Batang Pier before we acquired the franchise. So, I think he can be a good trading asset. But right now, kung ako tatanungin nyo, di pa namin inaalok si Josh. If may magandnag offer, we can talk about it,” he said.
“But I would love Josh to stay with us,” said Calantoc while revealing that Titan even paid the bonus of Munzon when he won the Most Improved Player award.
“That’s how we value our players. Kasi sinalo na namin yung incentive nya even though he won the award at a time na hindi pa Titan ang team,” he said.
The Titan chief executive stressed that if there will be trades in the future that Titan will be involved in, it is for the betterment of the team.
“Hindi naman kami syempre magpapa-dehado. Gumagasta kami tapos gagawa kami ng maling moves sa line-up. Hindi naman pwede yun,” said Calantoc.
