JUAN Gomez de Liano and Calvin Abueva warmed up on Friday ahead of Converge's game against Rain or Shine in the PBA 50th Season Commissioner's Cup.
Gomez de Liano told SPIN.ph that he will play after finishing his shootaround, minutes before the FiberXers play the Elasto Painters at the Mall of Asia Arena.
Before warming-up, Abueva, for his part, said he might play for a few minutes.
Gomez de Liano has not played for three games, while Abueva hasn't even seen action all conference since he was acquired by Converge in a trade with Titan Ultra.
During their absences, Converge has slumped to four straight defeats to start the conference.
