GREG Slaughter posted a photo of him with his former coach at Barangay Ginebra in Tim Cone on his Instagram account on Tuesday.
Slaughter played for Cone from 2015 to 2020 before he was sent to NorthPort for Christian Standhardinger in a blockbuster trade on March 5, 2021.
Curiously, the photo appears to be taken during a practice session of Barangay Ginebra with Slaughter paying a visit to Cone at the San Miguel Corp. gym in Pasig City.
LOOK:

The seven-footer won four PBA championships during his stay with Barangay Ginebra before taking a sabbatical after his contract expired early in 2020.
After the end of his one-year Ginebra deal, Slaughter was traded to NorthPort but had a contract dispute with the Batang Pier, who have nonetheless kept his signing rights.

He later played in Japan for the Rizing Zephyr Fukuoka in 2022, and with Manila in the MPBL in 2024. Slaughter is currently with Basilan Starhorse in the regional league.
Naturally, Ginebra fans were curious about Slaughter’s visit at no less than the SMC complex. Will we be seeing his comeback at the Gin Kings camp?
For the moment, your guess is as good as ours.
