LA Tenorio an unrestricted free agent?
Unthinkable, but Barangay Ginebra did just that as it relegated the 40-year-old guard to the unrestricted free agenct list (with rights to salary) to give way to the reactivation of Jayson David.

The decision came just a day before the Kings tackle the NorthPort Batang Pier on Wednesday in the PBA Philippine Cup.
Ginebra is coming off a 104-93 loss to San Miguel in its last outing that evened its record at 1-1.

Of course the move is nothing new to the Kings.
The team also did the same thing with big man Joe Devance in the past with a gentleman's agreement among the rest of the teams that they won't try to pry away the services of the Fil-Am center from Ginebra.
Tenorio has been playing limited minutes for the Kings this season especially with the acquisition of rookie guard RJ Abarrientos from the draft.
A four-time Finals MVP, Tenorio hardly played for Ginebra in the last Commissioner's Cup title series which it lost to TNT in a best-of-seven series that went the full distance.
