BARANGAY Ginebra and Rain or Shine finally collide for Game Two of the PBA Commissioner’s Cup semifinals following a weather delay.

The Kings and the Elastopainters battle at 7 p.m. on Thursday at the Smart-Araneta Coliseum as the PBA announced it is pushing through with the semifinal match, two days after Game Two was called off due to heavy rains and floods in most parts of Metro Manila.

Ginebra is eyeing a 2-0 lead after scoring a 102-89 victory in the series opener.

Coach Tim Cone commended the Kings for making plays down the stretch after seeing their 24-point lead evaporate. Justin Brownlee and Jeff Chan led the way, finishing with 35 and 21 points respectively.

“That's been our ammo. We've been able to make big plays at the right times. So far, so good. I hope we can continue to do it,” said Cone.

Japeth Aguilar’s status for Game Two is still uncertain after suffering an Achilles injury.
