BARANGAY Ginebra got itself in a good position to even the PBA 49th Season Governors’ Cup Finals as the Gin Kings grabbed a 54-42 halftime lead over TNT in Game Four at the Smart-Araneta Coliseum.
Justin Brownlee and Scottie Thompson were aggressive on offense, scoring 19 and 12 points, respectively, in the first half to help the Gin Kings build a lead that reached the highest at 12.

Ginebra as a team found its touch on offense, shooting 57 percent from the field, including 15-for-24 from two-point range.
The Gin Kings look to sustain their play to equalize after losing the first two games of the best-of-seven finals.

Calvin Oftana had a fiery start for the Tropang Giga with 20 points, but Rondae Hollis-Jefferson is the only other double-digit scorer for the team with 13 points. The rest of the team combined for just nine.
TNT has also committed 10 turnovers in the first half.
LA Tenorio once again started for Ginebra after taking the same role in Game Three and played seven minutes in the first half.
