BARANGAY Ginebra’s possible coronation brought in the crowd for Game 6 of the PBA Commissioner’s Cup Finals on Sunday night.
The Smart Araneta Coliseum was bursting with a live audience of 22,731 as the Kings tried to finish off TNT in the best-of-seven championship series, which they led, 3-2.

It was the league's highest game attendance in any venue in the last three seasons.
The last time a PBA game drew a bigger crowd was when it recorded an all-time high of 54,589 in Game 7 of the Commissioner’s Cup Finals in Season 47 between Barangay Ginebra and the Bay Area Dragons.
The Kings won that title game, 114-99, before the biggest crowd ever in league history at the Philippine Arena in Bocaue, Bulacan.
