GAME Two of the PBA 49th Season Commissioner’s Cup Finals won by Barangay Ginebra attracted 12,925 fans at the Mall of Asia Arena on Sunday.
The spectators witnessed an epic clash that saw Justin Brownlee score the last four points to save Barangay Ginebra in the face of a TNT comeback, 71-70, in the league’s second and final match this conference in the Pasay venue.

The PBA reTurned to the Mall of Asia Arena for the first two games of the best-of-seven championship series, and both were a blockbuster at the gates.
A total of 11,802 fans attended Game One of the finals where TNT defeated Ginebra, 95-89, a welcome scene to the league after several eliminations and even playoff games marked by lean attendance.
The scene now shifts to the Philsports Arena for Game 3 on Wednesday, with another banner crowd to be expected especially with how Sunday’s match-up panned out.
TNT made a furious rally in Game 2 after being limited to a PBA Finals-low 19 first-half points to even take the lead at 70-67 only for Brownlee to rescue Ginebra by scoring the final four of the ballgame.
