ANOTHER former San Beda player is set to join coach Frankie Lim at NLEX.
Forward Clint Doliguez will be suiting up for the Road Warriors in the PBA Governors Cup, becoming the second Red Lion to be acquired by the franchise in the season-ending meet after big man Jake Pascual.
Doliguez is a free agent who played for Pioneer Elastoseal in the PBA 3x3 Second Conference Season 2.

He last played for NorthPort during the league’s 46th season after being acquired in a trade with Rain or Shine together with Sidney Onwubere for big man Bradwyn Guinto.
Doliguez won two NCAA championships with the Red Lions under coach Boyet Fernandez, which became his meal ticket to become the No. 6 overall pick by the Elasto Painters in the 2019 draft.
A product of Hope Christian High School, he played one season for Ateneo in the UAAP before taking his act to Mendiola.
Doliguez is one of the few acquisitions of the Road Warriors in Lim’s first full conference in charge of the team.
NLEX likewise signed up former Nueva Ecija guard Hesed Gabo and acquired Pascual and veteran Sean Anthony in a three-team trade that saw the Road Warriors given up big man Justin Chua and defensive guard Paul Varilla.
The Road Warriors fell short of making the Commissioner’s Cup playoffs, losing to Rain or Shine in a do-or-die game for the last quarterfinals berth in Lim’s debut conference.
