    Jun 20, 2020

FORMER San Miguel import Terquin Mott also paid tribute to Eduardo “Danding” Cojuangco following the sportsman-businessman’s passing.

Mott, who played for San Miguel in 1999 during the Commissioner’s Cup with the Beermen winning the title against Formula Shell, wrote a reply on Danny Seigle’s Instagram account honoring Cojuangco.

“My guy,” Mott wrote. “I love you, boss.”

Cojuangco’s love for the sport is already well-documented having been the project director for basketball in the 1980s and was the patron of the national team.

Cojuangco was also active in handling the basketball operations of San Miguel and later on with La Salle, leading to championships in the PBA and the UAAP.
