The 6-foot-1 Stockton announced his decision on his Instagram account as he skips his last two years in Morayta.
"There's a new path for me to take and I carry with me all the learnings from everyone in FEU," he wrote.
"Looking forward to the next chapter in my journey. With God's grace, I am ready for the future."
Stockton, 22, averaged 5.1 points on 49-percent shooting, to go with 2.1 assists and 1.7 rebounds in 16 minutes of play as FEU made it to the stepladder semis of the UAAP Season 82.
