EMILIO Aguinaldo College’s King Gurtiza and Harvey Pagsanjan are putting their names in the PBA Season 50 Draft after a solid campaign with the Generals in the last NCAA season.
The Generals duo, both aged 26 and stands at 6-foot-0, are currently playing for the Pangasinan Heatwaves in the MPBL, and are now vying for a spot in the PBA, as per their agent Danny Espiritu.
Gurtiza averaged a team-high 15.7 points, and was the sixth leading scorer in the NCAA Season 100 eliminations. He also came in fifth in three-point conversions with 38 last season in the eliminations.

Gurtiza also had 4.7 rebounds, 3.1 assists (ninth in the league), and one steal for the Generals in his final year where the Generals finished 9-9 in Season 100 (2024), and one game behind fourth-seed Lyceum for the last spot in the Final Four.
Pagsanjan normed 12.6 points, 5.4 rebounds, 1.6 assists, and 1.1 steals for the Generals in Season 100.
March of the Generals
Pagsanjan was a former player of University of the East, and formed a tandem with Clint Escamis, who eventually moved to Mapua where he won the NCAA MVP in Season 99 (2023) and is being labeled as one of the most interesting prospects for the coming draft if he applies.
His final season with UE was riddled with injuries and he averaged only 5.1 points and 4.1 rebounds in Season 85 (2023) before moving to Nueva Ecija in the MPBL and EAC in the NCAA where he was able to bounce back with respectable numbers.

In high school, Pagsanjan was once a Batang Gilas player where he played in the FIBA Asia Under-18 Championship in 2016 and the FIBA 3x3 Asia Cup in 2017.
