IF you're wondering why the Petron-Barako Bull playoff is not on television, here's your answer.
The television coverage of the quarterfinal match between Petron and Barako Bull on Tuesday will be aired on a delayed basis to give way to Sports5’s coverage of the United Football League on Aksyon TV.
According to the Sports5 Twitter account, Game One of the quarterfinal face-off between the Boosters and the Energy will be aired at 11 p.m. on TV5 and not on a live 5:45 p.m. telecast on Aksyon TV.
Channel 41, meanwhile, will beam live the UFL matches of Pasargad-Global and Pachanga-Stallion starting at 5 p.m. Sports5 has a commitment to air the football league’s matches every Tuesdays.
On the other hand, the series opener between San Mig Coffee and Talk ‘N Text will be shown live at 8 p.m. on TV5.
The TV schedule clash happened since the PBA does not normally hold games during Tuesdays until the playoffs.
