DANNY Seigle was among some 300 people who donated blood on Sunday afternoon when the league held its Alagang PBA blood donation project.

The 40-year-old Seigle, who has yet to play for TNT Katropa in these playoffs, joined the 200 online registrants who went through the screening process and 100 walk-in applicants who took part in the bloodletting drive, according to media bureau chief Willie Marcial.

As a reward, the donors were each given a free Upper Box A ticket for Game Four of the Governors’ Cup semifinal series between San Miguel Beer and Ginebra later in the day.

League staff assisted doctors and nurses from St. Luke’s Medical Center, Chinese General Hospital, and Philippine Orthopedic Center in the procedure that went on for three hours, before the SMB-Gin Kings faceoff.
