BARANGAY Ginebra coach Alfrancis Chua has been slapped with a P10,000 fine for flashing a dirty finger in the direction of Alaska fans and officials during Game Two of the PBA Commissioner's Cup Finals.

“Coach Al Francis Chua has been fined P10,000 for pointing a dirty finger toward the fans and officials seated behind the Alaska bench,” said Commissioner Chito Salud in a statement.

“This is certainly conduct unbecoming of a head coach and offensive to the sensibilities of our fans. Even if allegedly provoked, this type of behavior will not be tolerated by the league,” the league chief added.

It was not known what provoked Chua, but sources said the fiery mentor was irked by a negative statement from one of the Alaska officials.
