RAIN or Shine guard Chris Tiu is now a father.
Tiu bared on Friday via his Twitter and Instagram accounts that his wife, Clarisse, has finally given birth to their first-born, Amanda Claire, last Sunday, June 5.
The cager, TV host, entrepreneur, and now proud parent posted a photo of their child, with a tender caption, saying the day of Amanda Claire's birth is "the day that changed my life."
"No championship or accomplishment can compare to the overwhelming joy we felt when this little girl finally entered this world. I've never felt so happy that I was moved to tears," wrote Tiu, who had also won his first PBA title in the 2016 Commissioner's Cup.
"About 9 months ago, I remembered just seeing a heartbeat in the ultrasound monitor and now she's a full human being wrapped around our arms, this is truly the miracle of life. And the most wonderful blessing and manifestation of God's generous love," he added.
Tiu went on to express his gratitude to all who prayed and supported them throughout his wife's pregnancy.
"Thanks for all your prayers and well wishes! Let's all welcome baby Amanda Claire," he ended.
