CHRIS McCullough is set to become the next import of TNT, team manager Jojo Lastimosa confirmed on Sunday.
McCullough has already arrived at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport and could even be headed to the Mall of Asia Arena to watch Game 3 of TNT's PBA Commissioner's Cup semifinal series against Meralco, if time permits.
COLUMN: Bol leaves behind a complicated legacy - and unfinished business
The 31-year old former Syracuse standout returns to the pro league seven years after guiding San Miguel to the 2019 Commissioner's Cup title, ironically, against TNT, which was then led by Terrence Jones.
The former NBA first-round pick in 2015 has been visible and interacting on Twitter since super import Bol Bol sustained a season-ending Achilles injury in Game Two of the best-of-seven series on Friday night.

McCullough is fresh from a stint with the Taoyuan Taiwan Beer Leopards. He also had a stint with Strong Group Athletics (SGA) in an overseas tournament.
Before McCullough, the Tropang 5G had tried to bring in NBA veterans Marquese Chriss and Darius Days on short notice.
When those bids failed, they tried to sign former UP Maroon Malick Diouf, but his papers couldn't be processed in time to make him eligible to play for the Tropang 5G in Game Three against Meralco on Sunday night.
