TNT coach Chot Reyes is looking to flip the script in Game Four after the Tropang 5G played catch-up against San Miguel in the past two games of the PBA 50th Season Philippine Cup Finals - both of them losses.
Game Three saw Cjay Perez save San Miguel with seven straight points in the final moments of a 95-89 win over TNT. But lost in Perez’s heroics was that San Miguel was actually in the driver’s seat for most of the game and even went up by as many as 17 points, 33-16, late in the first quarter.

TNT later made a comeback where the Tropang 5G led, 89-86, with 50 seconds left on a dunk by Henry Galinato, but that gap was erased almost singlehandedly by Perez.
It was actually the same story in Game Two as San Miguel erected a 24-point lead on its way to a 111-92 win.
“In Games Two and Three, we went down early before mounting a rally. That must change in Game Four,” said Reyes in a brief reply to SPIN.ph about Game Four.

Game Four is slated on Wednesday at the SM Mall of Asia Arena with the Tropang 5G out to get back in the best-of-seven series where they now trail, 1-2.
Notable performances for TNT in Game Three were Calvin Oftana, who had 25 points on 4-of-9 shooting from threes, and Jordan Heading, who had 15 points, seven rebounds, and 11 assists.
But TNT dug itself a hole too deep when the Tropang 5G shot just 38 percent from the field in the first quarter, with the Beermen nailing 63 percent of their shots.
