TNT signed four key players to contract extensions heading to its final game in the PBA Commissioner’s Cup eliminations including top gun Jayson Castro.
Aside from the 38-year-old Castro, also given new deals were Rey Nambatac, Poy Erram, and Kim Aurin.
All four played key roles in the Tropang Giga’s successful title retention bid in the last Governors’ Cup, where they beat the Barangay Ginebra in six games in the finals.

Castro was signed by the only franchise he played for in his pro career until 2027, same with Nambatac and Aurin.
The 6-foot-8 Erram meanwhile, was signed until the end of the 2026 season.

Present during the contract signing were team manager Jojo Lastimosa and Danny Espiritu, who represents both Castro and Aurin.
TNT is set to face Rain or Shine on Friday at the end of the elimination phase, looking to clinch a twice-to-beat advantage in the playoffs with its second-running 8-3 record.
