ANGELES CITY - Bobby Ray Parks sat out TnT Tropang Giga’s PBA Philippine Cup debut against Alaska on Sunday due to a calf strain.
The team has yet to make statement on the injury suffered by the sophomore guard, although PBA courtside reporter Carlo Pamintuan mentioned about it while the game was in progress.
The 27-year-old Parks was seen warming up with the Tropang Giga prior to the opening of the season restart at the Angeles University Foundation gym.
It is yet uncertain when on where Parks suffered the injury.
But he did wear a protective boot while sitting on the TnT bench to protect his calf strain.
The former UAAP MVP out of National University rejoined TNT in time for the start of the bubble scrimmages after an extended stay in the US.
