RAIN or Shine has come to terms with its top draft pick Caelan Tiongson on Sunday.
Tiongson signed a three-year contract with the franchise that selected him No. 7 overall in last month's PBA rookie draft.
The Elasto Painters made the official announcement on their social media pages.

The contract signing was held in Davao City where Rain or Shine is currently playing in the 39th Kadayawan Invitational basketball tournament.
The Elasto Painters were in full force during the signing, which was attended by alternate governor Edison Oribiana, coach Yeng Guiao, and deputy Caloy Garcia.
Tiongson, 32, meanwhile, came with representative Marvin Espiritu of the EMBM (Espiritu Manotoc Basketball Management).
The Fil-Am player from Biola University is fresh from a stint with Strong Group Athletics, which ruled the 2024 Jones Cup in Taipei last week.
He went with the Elasto Painters in Davao for the Kadayawan meet, but has not played in their three games in the single round robin in the absence of a contract.

Rain or Shine will battle defending UAAP men's basketball champion De La Salle in Sunday's finals, but it remains to be seen if Tiongson will finally suit up for the team.
Tiongson is the third rookie pick signed by the Elasto Painters for the coming Season 49 after fellow first round selection Felix Lemetti (three years) and second-rounder Francis Escandor (one year).
