JUSTIN Brownlee has arrived in the country to join Gilas Pilipinas in the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2027 Asian Qualifiers.
Photos and videos of Brownlee arriving at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport early Friday morning were posted by the Ginebra ball ballers Facebook page.

His arrival was later confirmed by Meralco team manager Paulo Trillo.
Brownlee arrived just in time for Gilas' buildup for the two games the national team will be playing against Guam on November 28 and December 1.
Brownlee, according to Ginebra officials, suffered from pneumonia during the time he missed games in Meralco’s campaign in the EASL.
Brownlee is also slated to play for Gilas under coach Norman Black in the Southeast Asian Games in Thailand which will take place from December 9 to 20.
Brownlee last played during the FIBA Asia Cup 2025 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia where he averaged 20.6 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 3.8 assists in Gilas' seventh-place finish.
Gilas will have at least a week to prepare for the Guam games as the PBA has no scheduled games from November 17 to December 4 to give way to the national team.
