AFTER taking care of its major core, Blackwater is now focused on completing its support system.
The Bossing added back-up guard Jed Mendoza and rookie Jack Cruz-Dumont as part of their roster for PBA Season 50.
The two players were each signed to a one-year deal with Blackwater team manager Johnson Martinez in attendance.
Cruz-Dumont is represented by Titan Management Group, while Mendoza is with representative Danny Espiritu.
Also present during the signing event was Blackwater deputy coach Aris Dimaunahan.

Their signings came after the Bossing took care of business with big man Christian David and the team’s top rookie selection Dalph Panopio.
David was given a two-year contract extension, while Panopio agreed to a max, three-year deal.

Meanwhile, giving veteran presence at the Blackwater backcourt is the 29-year-old Mendoza, a pick up from the free agency list after being released by Magnolia.
The spunky guard, who played college ball for Jose Rizal University and University of the East, tried out for the Bossing during the 40th Kadayawan Invitational basketball tournament in Davao last month and made a good account of himself, eventually earning the trust of coach Jeff Cariaso that led to him being signed to a contract.
Cruz-Dumont, the former team captain of the UE Red Warriors, was a third round selection by the team at no. 27 overall in the recent draft.
