ALEX Cabagnot may be back in action when San Miguel takes on Blackwater on Wednesday in the 2019 PBA Philippine Cup at the Mall of Asia Arena.
The 36-year-old court general has been cleared for action and is a game-time decision for the Beermen, according to San Miguel team manager Gee Abanilla.
"He has now recovered from twice-a-day therapy and is a gameday decision for coach Leo (Austria)," he told Spin.ph in a short text message.
Cabagnot has missed the Beermen's last three outings after hurting his left hamstring back in their season opener against Columbian Dyip.
The veteran playmaker's return should come as a huge boost for struggling San Miguel in its quest for a fifth straight all-Filipino title.
San Miguel currently carries a 2-3 win-loss record and is hell-bent on avoiding a three-game losing slide when it meets the Elite at 7 p.m.
