BOBBY Ray Parks is officially a part of Blackwater.
The second-generation star announced the news on his Twitter account, posting, "Signed," on Tuesday afternoon.
Parks signed the contract together with his agent Charlie Dy and Elite governor Silliman Sy.
The 26-year-old Parks agreed to a one-year, P2-million deal, with an option for renewal at the conclusion of the current season.
Parks was taken second overall in the 2018 PBA Draft, but spent the past few months as a part of San Miguel Alab Pilipinas in the 2019 ASEAN Basketball League, where he won two ABL Local MVPs and a championship in his three-year run in the regional league.
He is expected to report to practice on Thursday and will be a big boost to Blackwater for its campaign in the 2019 PBA Commissioner's Cup, set to start in May.
