Williams, 28, arrived in the country on Thursday as per SPIN.ph sources and is set to take over the spot of Shawn Glover.
Glover finished with 16 points and 12 rebounds, but committed seven turnovers in a 105-86 loss to San Miguel Beer and fell to a 1-2 record.

The Bossing hope to pick up the pieces right away with Williams coming on board.
The new import is coming off a stint in the T1 League in Taiwan where he played alongside NBA superstar Dwight Howard for Taoyuan Leopards.
Despite teaming up with the 37-year-old Howard, Williams and the Leopards couldn't get out of the cellar in the standings, posting a league-worse 1-11 (win-loss) record.
Williams was not selected in the 2016 NBA draft despite a stellar career at Indiana University.
But he did make it as a free agent and spent time playing for Memphis, Houston, New York, and Sacramento from 2016-19.
Among his career highlights was being crowned the 2017 NBA D-League slam dunk champion
