Allein Maliksi came off the bench and sparked the Elite with 17 points, four rebounds, and three assists, while Paul Zamar shot 3-of-6 from downtown to finish with 15 points and two boards in the championship game.
Tournament MVP Henry Walker racked up 11 points, 17 rebounds, and four assists, Mike DiGregorio pumped 11 built on three triples, and James Sena got 10.
Blackwater broke away after the halftime break, swinging a close 48-44 affair to a commanding 70-57 lead before coasting to the easy victory.
Nigerian-American Osakue Udun paced the Warriors with 28 points and 14 rebounds.

The Elite completed the six-game perfect run in the all-Indonesian tourney, where it was the lone foreign team, as they breezed through the preliminary rounds with huge margin of victories.
Blackwater victimized the BBM Vikings, 86-57, in its opener on Saturday, before escaping Stapac Jakarta, 92-86, on Sunday.
From there, it was all routs as Flying Wheel Makassar got blasted, 114-76, followed by Garuda Bandung, 83-44, and hosts Pacific Caesar Surabaya, 103-48.
The Elite continue their preparations for the season-ending 2018 PBA Governors’ Cup with a trip to Macau for the Asia League Super 8, where they will represent the Philippines together with fellow PBA ballclub NLEX.
