BLACKWATER and Meralco made a deal on Thursday, with the Elite sending Allein Maliksi and Raymar Jose to the Bolts in exchange of Mike Tolomia and KG Canaleta.
A source said the papers have already been sent to the PBA office on Thursday.
The source added Meralco is also shipping a second-round draft pick to Blackwater as part of the deal.
This is the second time in a span of a week that the Elite made moves after they acquired Brian Heruela from TNT in exchange of Mike DiGregorio.
