JVEE Casio is expected to miss the remaining games of Blackwater in the PBA Commissioner’s Cup after undergoing arthroscopic surgery to remove loose bodies on his knee.
Yet despite his condition, the team is not about to let the veteran guard go.

Casio’s contract is set to expire in April, but Bossing management is already looking to sign him to a new deal.
“We will renew him,” said team owner Dioceldo Sy on New Year’s Day.
Casio on injured list
The 37-year-old Casio has been put on the injured/reserved list for the moment and missed Blackwater’s last four games against TNT and NLEX.
He last suited up against Barangay Ginebra in a Nov. 26 game which the Bossing lost, 90-87, after squandering a 22-point lead.
Blackwater is already out of a playoff contention after 1-8 record, including eight successive losses.
