BLACKWATER will have to rely on its locals in its bid to keep its flickering playoff hopes alive in the PBA 50th Season Commissioner's Cup.
The Bossing were left without their brilliant reinforcement Robert Upshaw III as the hulking big man was in civilian clothes for their game against the Macau Black Knights on Tuesday at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium in Manila.

Upshaw shared that he's taking a precaution on a hurting Achilles.
"I hurt my leg, my (left) Achilles, it's swelling a little bit so I don't want to rush it," Upshaw told SPIN.ph as he sat courtside for the Bossing's clash against the Black Knights.
For the conference, Upshaw is averaging 33.4 points, 11.5 rebs, 2.5 assists while dropping two four-pointers per game.
His 14 made four-pointers lead the league by a mile as, according to PBA chief statistician Fidel Mangonon, no other player has more than nine this conference.
Blackwater is in a virtual do-or-die with every game as it sits near the bottom of the standings with a 2-7 record.
