JAYDEE Tungcab scored a career-high and helped Blackwater end its PBA Philippine Cup campaign on a winning note, a 102-83 rout of Phoenix Saturday at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig.
Tungcab hit a career-best of 19 points and teamed up with Troy Rosario as the Bossing came through with a huge fourth quarter to settle the matter.
Rosario had 11 and Tungcab five in the final period where the Bossing outscored the Fuel Masters, 37-14.
The win enabled Blackwater to arrest a long seven-game skid and finish their campaign in 10th place with a 4-7 record.
Phoenix meanwhile, ended up with a 3-8 card.
Jason Perkins led the Fuel Masters with 22 points.
