BIG man Troy Rosario was finally reactivated by Blackwater on Thursday, making him available for the team’s PBA Governors' Cup game against Meralco on Saturday at the Ynares Center in Antipolo.
The 31-year-old Rosario missed the first three games of the Bossing this conference as he recovers from plantar fasciitis and a recent procedure where bone spurs were removed from his left knee.

But the team listed him on its active roster on Thursday, taking the place of Rey Publico, who was put on the injured/reserve list.
In all, the former Gilas Pilipinas stalwart has played just five games for Blackwater since being acquired prior to the Commissioner’s Cup in a three-team trade that also involved TNT and NLEX.
He last played in October last year in a 93-86 win over Terrafirma.
As a Bossing, Rosario averaged 12.6 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 1.8 assists.
Rosario’s return comes together with Blackwater possibly parading new import in former NBA player Troy Williams. The Bossing currently sport a 1-2 record and are coming off a 105-86 blowout loss to San Miguel.
