TNT’s bigs face perhaps the toughest test in the PBA Finals this season when Poy Erram and Brandon Ganuelas-Rosser battle eight-time MVP June Mar Fajardo.
Ranged against Japeth Aguilar in the past two conferences, Erram and Ganuelas-Rosser will now have to win the title and a grand slam against Fajardo, the best big of the league not just today but perhaps in PBA history.

BGR said it is going to take a collective effort and it’s not just him and Erram, but the entire team to limit the effectiveness of Fajardo.
“It’s always a challenge,” said Ganuelas-Rosser on his finals match-up with Fajardo. “They have a lot of great players over there. But with (Fajardo), it’s not just one player. It’s not just me and Poy. It’s going to take the whole team."
Ganuelas-Rosser said he will try his very best to contain Fajardo, no matter how difficult it’s going to be.
“You have to try and just get him off his spots… We talk about team defense a lot. It’s something that we rely on. It’s going to take a total team effort. We’ll just try to try our best,” said BGR.

Erram agrees, saying the job of trying to limit Fajardl also means having to defend the other players like Cjay Perez and Don Trollano, who can also contribute when the focus of the defense is on Fajardo.
“Hindi lang naman talaga si June Mar ‘yung kailangan bantayan. Their team talaga, sobrang very talented team,” said Erram.
“Alam naman natin si June Mar, he attracts a lot. It takes a lot sa amin. We have to play team defense. We don’t need to play individual defense. Kasi kapag individual, mahihirapan kami. If we play team defense, then we have a chance,” said Erram.
