BATANGAS City - With how Beau Belga went through the PBA Obstacle Challenge, particularly in the final round, one would think the burly Rain or Shine big man cut down on his meals before the All-Star side event, right?
Wrong.
On the contrary, Belga said it's the food where he gets his groove from.
"Hindi," was Belga's reply when asked about dieting a bit for an event that needed both speed and accuracy - skills seen more from small men.
"Kumain nga ako eh para mas maganda ang tira at pasa," added the Extra Rice Inc. member.
He also didn't have any practice for this.

After seeing the NBA revolutionize its All-Star game by allowing big men to join the skills challenge, Belga wished of one day joining a competition like this.
Now that the 31-year-old cager got his chance, he wasn't about to put that chance to waste.
