BASER Amer officially joined the NLEX Road Warriors on Tuesday after signing a contract with NLEX.
Details of the contract - even the length - were not divulged, however, although a team insider said a longer extension would be made depending on how the playmaker perform in his first stint with the franchise.
But Amer did the signing at the Inspire Sports Academy in Laguna where the Road Warriors are currently holding their team building.
Present to welcome the guard out of San Beda at NLEX were board of governor Ronald Dulatre, team manager Larry Fonacier, coach Frankie Lim and NLEX president and general manager J. Luigi L. Bautista.
Amer is expected to suit up for the Road Warriors in the coming PBA Philippine Cup.
