Ginebra goes for finals spot
Barangay Ginebra shoots for a return trip to the Governors’ Cup Finals in Game Six at The Big Dome following its 121-92 victory over San Miguel last Friday. A win by the Gin Kings will arrange a rematch with 2023 finals tormentos TNT.
Can Ginebra repeat their masterful Game 5 performance?
The Game Five win saw Ginebra make 55 percent from the field, dish out 31 assists, and commit just six turnovers. Repeating this kind of numbers will be difficult, as Ginebra coach Tim Cone admitted after the match, especially against a San Miguel team that has enough firepower to bounce back and force a Game Seven.
San Miguel must hit outside shots in Game 6
The Beermen had a combined output of only six from threes and fours in Game Five, the least in the semifinals that resulted in the 29-point defeat. Marcio Lassiter buried four threes in Friday’s contest but didn’t get the support from his other teammates. The rainbow shots could be critical again come Game Six as it could open up the paint for EJ Anosike and June Mar Fajardo.

Jericho Cruz availability
There is a question mark on the status of Jericho Cruz for Game Six after suffering an ankle sprain last Friday. Cruz could still wound up playing for the Beermen on Sunday, but it is unlikely that he will be 100 percent if he does play. His presence on both ends will be important for SMB in Game Six.
Will it be RJ time again?
RJ Abarrientos continues to blossom in the playoffs in only his first conference in the PBA, coming off a 28-point performance last Friday that pushed San Miguel to the ropes. A repeat performance would be a boost for Ginebra in Game Six.

Home crowd advantage for Ginebra in Game 6?
With the Gin Kings in a close-out game, their legions of fans could come in droves on a Sunday night at the Big Dome. Game Five could serve as a preview for the Sunday’s game after it drew 10,039 fans at the Ynares Center, easily the largest crowd of the conference.
