A total of 70 prospects have applied for the coming PBA rookie draft.
Justine Baltazar and Sedrick Barefield - who both previously applied two years ago, but never made it to the final list - again lead the prospective draftees at the close of the deadline application on Thursday.

The list was nowhere near the record 128 applicants in last year's draft, but boasts of marquee names both from the collegiate ranks and overseas.
Former Gilas Pilipinas players RJ Abarrientos, Dave Ildefonso, Jerom Lastimosa, and Ben Phillips, as well as collegiate standouts Evan Nelle, Kai Ballungay, CJ Cansino, Peter Alfaro, and Mark Nonoy are some of the other prominent names on the list.
PBA Draft Combine next
All applicants are required to undergo the Draft Combine set July 10-11 at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig.
Following the Combine, the league will prune down the list to its final number in time for the July 14 proceedings in Glorietta.
Converge owns the No. 1 overall pick in the Season 49 draft.
