AZ Reid suffered a slight concussion and sore neck after banging his head on the playing court in Friday night’s PBA Governors Cup game between San Miguel and NLEX.
The 30-year-old import stayed overnight in the hospital following the match won by the Beermen, 98-97, and undergone CT scan procedure, which fortunately turned out to be normal.
“He is still a bit dizzy now but CT scan is normal and he’s just under observation,” said team manager Gee Abanilla.
“Slight concussion and sore neck lang. Hopefully he gets discharged later.”
