ASHON Andrews stood out in measurements during Day 1 of the PBA Draft Combine on Thursday at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig City.
Andrews, a 22-year-old former player of the University of the Philippines, had the highest vertical jump (standing) with 33.4 inches and vertical jump (running) with 42.5 inches.

Andrews shared the top spot in the vertical jump (standing) with Jake Gaspay, a product of Benilde.

Marc Poole clocked 3.727 seconds in the 30m sprint, Bryan Sajonia of San Beda and Sean Quetevis of Ateneo topped the reaction time with 0.29 seconds, and Patrick Ramos of Jose Rizal University came in first in the lane agility by clocking 10.7 seconds.

Shawn Umali, another Blazer, ranked first in jump power with 365.28.
Being the tallest in this year’s draft class, Geo Chiu, measured at 6-foot-9 during the Combine, had 82 feet in the arm span and 107 inches in the standing reach.
