IT seems that everyone wants to be a part of Converge FiberXers these days.
Despite packed with big men at the frontcourt, 6-foot-9 rookie Ladis Lepalam is trying out with the FiberXers after being released by Meralco.
The 25-year-old Lepalam was seen joining the Fiberxers in their team building at Sol Y Viento Hotels and Resorts.

Meralco coach Luigi Trillo confirmed the team already parted ways with Lepalam, who was the team’s fourth round pick (no. 42) in last year’s rookie draft.
Trillo said Lepalam was initially signed by the Bolts as practice player during the PBA Philippine Cup.
His chances of joining the FiberXers remains to be seen though, as the team abounds with big men going to the mid-season Commissioner’s Cup.
7-foot import Kylor Kelley leads the way together with Justin Arana, Justine Baltazar, Larry Muyang, newly-acquired Jonnel Policarpio, Jhaymo Eguilos, the versatile Calvin Abueva, and injured bigs Rafi Reavis and Ronan Santos.
Another possible destination for the rookie center?
Phoenix could be one as former college coach Charles Tiu is now at the helm of the Fuel Masters.
