TWO former world champions and an Olympic bronze medalist will be seeing action in the undercard of the Manny Pacquiao-Mario Barrios WBC welterweight championship fight at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
Former super-flyweight champ Jerwin Ancajas, ex-featherweight king Mark Magsayo, and Tokyo Olympics bronze medal winner Eumir Marcial have been added to the fight card of Pacquiao’s comeback fight on July 19.
Viva Promotions made the official announcement on Friday.

“We’re still working on it,” said Manny Pacquiao Promotions president Sean Gibbons when asked about the possible opponents of the three Filipinos.
Ancajas, Magsayo, and Marcial along with fellow Filipino boxers Jonas Sultan and Jhack Tepora joined the 46-year-old Pacquiao in his early morning run and workout at the Fortune Boxing Gym in California.
Ancajas reigned as IBF super-flyweight champion from 2016-2022 before losing his title to Fernando Martinez of Argentina. He has since moved up in weight to fight in the junior featherweight class.

Trained by Joven Jimenez, Ancajas, 33, has a 36-4-2 record (24 KOs), although he lost in his last bid for a world title against Takuma Inoue which ended in a ninth-round knockout for the WBA bantamweight crown.
Magsayo meanwhile, once reigned as WBC featherweight title-holder by upsetting Gary Russell Jr., but had a short stint as champion as he lost his crown right in his first defense against Rey Vargas via split decision.
The native of Tagbilaran City has been based in Los Angeles since 2020 and sports a 27-2 record with 18 KOs.
The 29-year-old Marcial for his part, resumes his pro career following the Paris Olympics as he climbs the ring for the first time since scoring a fourth round stoppage of Thoedsak Sinam at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium in March of 2024.
Marcial is undefeated in five fights so far (5-0) including 3 KOs.
Along with the three, Jimuel Pacquiao is also featured in dad's comeback fight. Magsayo and Jimuel were later seen training together at the Wild Card gym of trainer Freddie Roach in Hollywood, California.
