A late TNT signee last season, Almond Vosotros made sure he starts the PBA Season 50 already a Tropang 5G.
The guard out of De La Salle agreed to a one conference deal with the telecommunication franchise on Saturday just before the Philippine Cup gets underway.
Vosotros was with representative Danny Espiritu during the contract signing led by TNT team manager Jojo Lastimosa.
The 35-year-old player from Valenzuela was recalled by the team middle of last season's Philippine Cup to shore up a backcourt rotation that was without Jayson Castro, Rey Nambatac, and Jielo Razon.
He did make an impact in his return to the franchise that has been home to him the past six years, helping the Tropang 5G reached the finals that kept alive the team's grand slam bid.
TNT though, lost to the San Miguel Beermen in six games.
With Castro not expected to return until mid-season, Vosotros is expected to share the backcourt spot with the returning Nambatac and the newly-acquired Jio Jalalon.
Vosotros is likewise eyeing to make another case for himself in the hope he's contract will be extended until the end of the season.
