CALVIN Abueva will make his Converge debut on opening day of the PBA 50th Season Commissioner’s Cup against guest team Macau Black Bears on March 11 at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium.
The FiberXers play the Black Bears in the 7:30 p.m. second game of a doubleheader that will also feature Titan Ultra against Terrafirma at 5:15 p.m.

All eyes though will be on Abueva as he plays for his new team after being acquired by the FiberXers in a trade with Titan Ultra in between conferences.
The second game could also feature the PBA debut of 7-foot-6 import Sam Deguara as he is one of the imports of the Black Bears along with Tony Mitchell.
Meanwhile, Bol Bol will make his much-anticipated PBA debut on March 20 when TNT faces Rain or Shine in the 5 p.m. opener at the Smart-Araneta Coliseum.
The same playdate will see Barangay Ginebra and Justin Brownlee opening their Commissioner’s Cup campaign against the Macau Black Bears at 7:30 p.m.

Reigning Philippine Cup champion San Miguel opens the new conference against Titan Ultra on March 21, 5:15 p.m. at the Ynares Center-Antipolo.
The Manila Clasico of Barangay Ginebra and Magnolia will be played on April 10 at the Mall of Asia Arena.
The rematch of the Philippine Cup finals between San Miguel and TNT will take place on March 28 at the Smart-Araneta Coliseum.
The 49th Season Commissioner’s Cup Finals rematch between Ginebra and TNT will be played on the final game of the elimination round on May 10 at the Mall of Asia Arena.
