First leg titlists Gold's Gym Pasig, bannered by Joshua Munzon, is in third with 310 points, while world no. 18 VetHealth Delhi 3BL of India is in fourth place at 300 points after winning the second leg.
The top four squads will gain automatic quarterfinal berths in the Grand Finals, with the bottom eight teams facing off in the knockout stage.
Five-seed Zamboanga Valientes MLV (180 points) will meet 12-seed Marikina Shoemasters (81 points), with the winner taking on no. 4 Delhi; while six-seed Cebu Max4-Birada (139 points) will take on 11-seed Thunder-Pateros Hunters (98 points), with the victor battling no. 3 Pasig.
Seven-seed Mindoro Tamaraws (136 points) will also clash against 10-seed Inoza Gulf-Supreme Boosters Bulacan (100 points), with the winner taking on no. 2 Balanga; and eight-seed Vigan MiGuard (129 points) will collide against nine-seed Tycoon Ballers-QC (115 points), with no. 1 Basilan waiting in the wings in the tournament presented by Coca-Cola
