Cameroonian big man Patrick Tchuente fired 14 points, four rebounds, and three blocks, as Ken Tuffin got 12 points and eight boards for the Tamaraws, which improved to 3-2 in Group B of the summer tournament.
Hubert Cani added 11, while Barkley Ebona had six points, seven rebounds, four assists and two steals for FEU.
Congolese big man Lenda Douanga registered a double-double for Adamson with 17 points and 16 rebounds.
That, however, wasn't enough as Adamson fell to a 4-2 record.
Emilio Aguinaldo College pulled off a 78-69 shocker over St. Benilde.
JP Maguliano led the way for the Generals with 20 points, eight rebounds and two assists, as Marwin Taywan contributed 14 points, four steals, three boards and three dimes.
The win ended EAC's run in the preseason tilt with a 2-5 card, while sending St. Benilde to a 1-3 slate.
Justin Gutang had 22 points for the Blazers.
