JERIC Teng went 9 for 13 from beyond the arc as Pasig Sta. Lucia Realtors made 21 three-pointers in a 100-87 victory over the Paranaque Patriots on Saturday in the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League Lakan Season at Hoops Dome in Lapu Lapu City.
The Realtors went 21 for 41 for 51.2 percent from threes on the way to their fifth straight win and a 6-2 record in the North division.
Teng finished with 30 points before fouling out with 4:27 left.
Argel Mendoza nailed six three-pointers and finished with 28 points, while Robbie Manalang made two triples and tallied 13 points. Nic Belasco made 4 from beyond the arc.
The Patriots suffered their sixth loss in nine games.
Jemal Vizcarra and Jayboy Solis scored 15 each for Paranaque, which struggled from the three-point line, making only 6 of 23 attempts.
Meanwhile, Cebu City defeated Muntinlupa City, 79-62.
Patrick Cabahug showed the way for the Sharks, while center William McAloney sat out the match due to the flu.
Cebu ended a four-game slide and improved to 4-5 in the South division.
Cabahug scored 26, Edrian Lao added 12 and Raffy Octobre had nine points and 12 rebounds.
Biboy Enguio scored 16 and Ryusei Koga added 10 points for Muntinlupa, which absorbed its third straight loss.
