Nike gives a nod to Tenement basketball with release of Hyperdunk 2017 ‘Manila’

INSPIRED by the fierce and competitive nature of pick-up basketball games in Manila street courts, Nike is releasing a special edition Nike React Hyperdunk 2017 Low that features distinct elements of one of the capital's most well-known street ball environments - the Tenement Court in Taguig.

Aside from Sporting an all-gray upper and a concrete-style midsole, this latest iteration of the Hyperdunk 2017 Low is also equipped with Nike's latest cushioning technology - Nike React.

React foam quickly bounces back to its original state with each step, giving that consistent underfoot feel every single game on all kinds of courts in the metro. It suits the Pinoy style of play as it allows them to go further and longer than ever before - whatever court they may be playing on.

One of six shoes representing New York, Chicago, LA, Beijing and Madrid in the Nike Basketball HyperFam collection, the Nike Hyperdunk 2017 Manila highlights the Tenement’s iconic look in its all-gray upper and concrete-style midsole.

The Nike React Hyperdunk 2017 ‘Manila’ will be released exclusively at Titan Two Parkade in Bonifacio Global City Taguig on August 19 and on Titan22.com. The shoe retails for P6,745.
